Who we are

The apps are published by VdxTech, the controller of the data described here. For any question or request: [email protected].

In short

• No account to create: you play without giving your name or email address.
• Your games, progress and coins stay on your device and in your iCloud; we cannot access them.
• Online features use your Game Center nickname; we keep only what they need.
• Ads are provided by Google AdMob, with your consent where the law requires it.
• We do not sell your data.

Data on your device and in iCloud

Progress, statistics, games in progress, Story, coins and settings are stored on your device. If iCloud sync is on (Settings › iCloud), Apple copies them to your iCloud account so you find them on your other devices. This data does not go through our servers. It is erased by deleting the app and, for the iCloud copy, from your device’s iCloud settings.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Apple handles your profile, friends and leaderboards under its own privacy policy.

Online features

When you use online features (Contest, weekly tournament, event rankings, friend challenges), we receive and keep on our server: the Game Center player identifier specific to our apps, your Game Center nickname, your country (the region of your device, shown as a flag to other players), the avatar you pick, your rating and results, the moves of ranked games, which the server replays to check them, and your ticket balance with the identifiers of the purchases and rewarded videos credited to you. This data is used only for these features. It is hosted in France (OVHcloud, Gravelines); encrypted backups are kept for 30 days in the European Union (Cloudflare R2). Traffic goes through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to route and protect it. It is kept while you use these features and deleted on request.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases (coin packs, ticket packs, Premium) are handled by Apple. We receive no payment data. For coin packs and Premium, the app only receives the transaction, to credit your coins once or turn on your subscription. For ticket packs, the app sends our server the transaction signed by Apple (product, date and transaction identifier), which checks it and credits your tickets once.

Advertising

The apps show ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner during games and full-screen ads after some games against other players, except with Premium, and rewarded videos you choose to watch. When a rewarded video earns tickets, Google sends our server a signed notice with your player identifier, so the tickets are credited once. To show and measure these ads, Google collects data such as the IP address, device information, advertising identifiers and your interactions with ads.

• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent at first launch. You can change it at any time in Settings › Privacy choices.
• Apple’s advertising identifier is used only if you allow it when iOS asks; you can change your mind in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Without consent, Google may show non-personalized ads.

Analytics and crash reports

The apps include no analytics tool. If you agreed in your device settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports.

Children

The apps are meant for a general audience. We do not ask for age and do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is described here.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
